Prologue

14 year old David Blake's mother is killed in an accident.

<2 years ago>
David Blake's father is arrested for being the local crimeboss thanks to Walkiria and the Soviet Superwomans’s work. Dave hates them for this as well as Ultrawoman who he feels could have stopped this or at least tryed but instead chose not to.

<1.5 years ago>
Ultrawoman discovers an alien base hidden on the moon which contains a massive terraforming gun, if she can get it to work she can reshape the Earth to her liking and populate it with her followers. The base has no power and it is a mystery why it was abandoned. Ultrawoman starts the process of using conventional nuclear and solar power to charge up the base, but it will be a slow process.

Dave’s father dies in prison and his hate swells.

<6 weeks ago>
The base has finally been charged and the gun can fire one burst but Ultrawoman has to make it count because once fired the base would be revealed and would certainly be destroyed by various supers or a military strike. While the element of surprise is on her side she feels she needs to specifically take out Walkiria, the one heroine who may have time to fire a powerful enough beam from afar to deflect the guns beam.

<Yesterday>
Dave suffers a concussion. The accident somehow results in his ability to use 100% of his brain which in turn alters his brain wave frequency which allows it to become attuned to the energy flow of the universe, or existence, or God and he achieves omnipotence. This state comes and goes. Calling himself Concussion, he does not want to rule the earth or destroy it, at this time his only motivation is revenge.

Maia and Olga have a particularly bad morning argument about democracy vs. communism and they both leave for the day on bad terms.
